Value for Money
It is common practice that a Resident DJ is promoted by venue's who offer this service. They will insist upon their clients to use their Resident DJ. High-end venues use low cost DJ's either as direct contract with the DJ themselves, or with entertainment agency; Resident DJ's from entertainment agencies are usually paid less as entertainment agencies take about 10% to 35% cut from their fee.
Differences between Resident DJ and Disco Promotions
Resident DJs usually have 1 package suit all like
- Same Playlist Structure
- Limited Music Library
- Little or no communication with the client before the event
- Small basic equipment used
- Knowledge & confirmation of who your DJ is usually last minute
What we recommend
As part of our Ethos we do recommend for you to check out other services, including Resident DJs to see how we compare.
